Shipping Methods

Standard

Whilst we highly recommend standard shipping without tracking as this is an affordable and the most economicle way to send your order, when selecting this option it is fully understood in the unlikely event that you do not receive your order that there are limitations to locating it within the postal systems. By selecting a standard shipping option you fully agree to these terms.


Tracking

Tracking means that your order is allocated a tracking number** when dispatched. This reference number enables you to track the delivery from our door to yours.

Tracking Urgent

Tracking Urgent
means that your order is allocated a tracking number** when dispatched and given a higher priority handling which means that your order arives faster than with standard tracking.

Tracking Express

Tracking Express
means that your order is allocated a tracking number** when dispatched and given the highest priority handling which means that your order arrives in the fastest time possible.

Tracking Insured


In the unlikley event you do not receive your order in the way it was intended, all of our tracking shipping options include insurance to the value of the products within that order (excluding shipping). However we must receive relevent photographic evidence before we can credit your account with 100% the value of your products.

Please note that the insurance is void if you have entered an incorrect name or delivery address during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your correct shipment details at the time of ordering, so please double check all information before completing the order. Once orders are shipped we cannot change this information.
2) In cases where incorrect delivery information causes a problem with delivery, your order should be returned or forwarded to the return or forwarding address. If an order is returned to us we will contact you immediately to arrange reshipment. We have no control over how long a returned order can take to get returned to us.
3) Where the post office requires that you collect your order from your local post office after a delivery attempt ( a note is usually left ), it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection.


You will receive an automated shipping email* once your order has been dispatched. If you have selected tracking, this number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can use this site
Mail Tracking to track your order, just enter the tracking number, it will show you the status with our courier, and then choose your country from the list to track using your national postal service.

**Please note that tracking is not supported in all countries.


The Original Sensible team takes unparalleled care when it comes to packaging and shipping our orders. We will take extra measures to ensure that your order is shipped as discreetly as possible. ** All orders shipped to Countries outside of Europe, when packaging the seeds, we will remove any metal containers as well as any bulky packaging e.g. vials, plastic bubbles etc. that we deem unnecessar
y to ensure safe delivery, unless otherwise selected during the checkout process. 

We take every precaution to ensure the integrity and security of our seeds whilst in transit through the postal systems. Any damage caused to your product(s) as a result of the way it was handled by a third party, although regrettable, is not our responsibility. and include and attach any supporting photographic evidence.

Shipping Terms

Standard:

For your privacy all orders are sent in a plain envelopes.
There will be no mention of the contents or our company name on the package.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within 28 working days ( Europe ) or 36 working days ( Rest of World ), then please contact us using our ticketing system ( Original Sensible Support ) and include your name and order number. We will then investigate to try and track down your order within your countries postal system and will advise you accordingly. There are limitations to this process and once we have exhausted the options available to us as a "shipper", it is understood that it is your responsibility to secure the delivery via your National Postal service.

1) We cannot be held responsible if you have entered an incorrect name or delivery address during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your correct shipment details at the time of ordering, so please double check all information before completing the order. Once orders are shipped we cannot change this information.

Whilst we recommend this option, the customer takes full responsbilty if an order is not delivered as intended. If however, you live in a country wherein you cannot be sure of your mails reliability, then we would recommend you select a tracking shipping option.

Stealth:

For extra privacy and security your order is shipped with a T Shirt or random gift. If you are searching for an element or stealth then the stealth shipping options are what you need.


Super Stealth:

For extra privacy and improved security Original Sensible Seeds has a super stealth option.
Seeds are removed from their original breeders packaging and are enclosed discretely in your package.
If you are worried about your privacy and security, this is the option for you!

** All orders shipped to Countries outside of Europe, will be subject to the above packaging measures to ensure safe delivery unless otherwise selected during the checkout process.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Original Sensible Seeds require contact via the ticketing system before returning any goods. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so. However, we must receive the returned items within 14 days of initial receipt, items must be in a new and unused condition with the packaging fully in tact and unopened. We can only refund products on this basis. We will refund the cost of the products minus the initial shipping charge.

Damaged items: 

 In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you arrives damaged, please contact us via the ticketing system here: Original Sensible Support and include any supporting photographic evidence of how your order arrived. Please note you must let us know if you have received damaged items within 24 hours of receipt, we will not accept any claims for damaged items which we have not been notified of in this time.

In the unlikely event that you have not received an order in the way it was intended and you've chosen an insured tracked option, then please contact us via the ticketing system, please provide any supporting photographic evidence of how your order was received.  

Please note that any questions we receive relating to the germination or cultivation of seeds will go unanswered. Please don't presume that this is rudeness, we simply have to abide by the laws that govern the sale of cannabis seeds and the information that we are allowed to discuss regarding germination is limited due to the number of Countries that we ship to and the various local laws.

PLEASE NOTE: You are buying genuine fresh seeds, we guarantee this. The seeds you are buying are the same as you would receive if you walked into any of the seedbanks in Holland or Spain, and we are generally the same price or slightly cheaper owing to the discounts we receive for being one of the largest cannabis seed suppliers in the Europe.

We do not however guarantee anything else, if you are in a country that permits the cultivation of cannabis we cannot guarantee that the seeds will all germinate, this is risk that you must be prepared to take.
